Lance joined the Church of the Hills leadership team in January 2002. He is married to Darlene and they have three children.
Lance's primary responsibility is to give leadership to various areas of ministry at Church of the Hills including Youth, Young Adults, Prayer, and Audio/Visual Media.
Lance is most passionate about people awakening to God's presence and love, as well as being empowered through the Holy Spirit and a church community to accomplish their God-given dreams. Lance is fervent with respect to a multi-generational movement of people who demonstrate the raw power of God as a result of their love relationship with Jesus.
